1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KmerCart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Buyer Terms

When you purchase products, you enter into a contract with the vendor selling the product. KmerCart facilitates this transaction but is not the seller. All prices are displayed in CFA (Central African CFA franc). You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Vendor Terms

Vendors must ensure their products comply with all applicable laws. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner. KmerCart charges a commission on each sale as specified in the vendor agreement. Vendors must maintain accurate inventory levels.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the return is approved. Some products may not be eligible for return (perishables, personalized items, etc.).

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for any illegal activity, sell counterfeit or prohibited products, manipulate reviews or ratings, or interfere with the platform's operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

KmerCart is not liable for disputes between buyers and vendors, product quality issues, delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, or any indirect or consequential damages.
